recently had our water heater replaced and had a great experience from start to finish. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and completed the installation quickly and efficiently. They explained everything clearly, cleaned up after the job, and made the whole process stress-free. The new water heater works perfectly, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing water heater replacement or plumbing work!

He was a skilled salesman who quickly won me over, and I decided to go with his company because they offered a competitive price and he promised to deliver the materials promptly. He even guaranteed his work for six years on the hot water tub installation, which he completed within a week of starting the job. However, I was disappointed when he simply dumped the old tub on my lawn after removing it. Unfortunately, after the installation, there was a leak and the hot water pressure was inadequate. Although he promised to come back and fix the problem, he never did and stopped responding to my calls and emails. This unprofessional behavior was particularly upsetting given that I am a 77-year-old disabled person who felt taken advantage of. Despite numerous attempts, he only acknowledged the problem once and never completed the work, leaving a poor reflection on his company.

John contacted me, and came to my home to inspect my old tank, and verify that it was no longer good. He provided me with quotes on a new hot water tank and a tankless system. He answered all of my questions and provided me with the time frames to do each job. I ultimately decided to go with a tankless system. He was very professional and nice to my children who were often in the way of his work. While completing the job he also discovered that the pipes to my HVAC system were not secure and he fixed that. He also disposed of items used on the job making the place look better than before. I can't wait to hire him for my next job.

Contacted me quickly - discussed options - scheduled installation time that was convenient for me. Arrived on time and completed installation and removal of old water heater without any issues. Mine was not an emergency, but he still handled it quickly and efficiently.

Installer called immediately and was able to give me pricing and availability within the hour on a Saturday morning. Pricing was competitive and lacked additional charges for weekend services that many others were asking for. Installer worked clean and efficiently, job was completed the same day.

I received a call with an hour of submitting a request to HomeAdvisor. The first question asked was was if I had hot water (which I did). Several of my questions were answered concerning my thoughts of what was available to replace my water heater...and they were answered immediately a & directly with a complete understanding of what the work was needed. Honestly, the answers he gave me showed his level of experience so that my next concern was getting the tank replaced before if got any worse. Within 24 hours my water heater was replaced. The new unit installed had water heating up within an hour (or two) of his arrival. Even replaced two shutoff valves before they became a problem down the road. I will recommend HomeCraft (John) to everyone. Like I said, his answers showed how deep his knowledge of the different type of water heaters, what unit would be best and also availability. Already have him looking into the next plumbing repair needed.

Very friendly, courteous and professional. Wore mask properly for health & safety of all. Provided proposals on request and other information related to the water heater specs when asked. Communicated well with any scheduling and/or delays. The project involved a gas tankless water heater installation and there was a loose fitting that leaked gas after he had finished but he came right back the next day to find it and fix it. I would hire John again.
