Luis would have gotten a 5 Star rating until he decided to screw me over. He was great until a situation raised where his engineer never got a permit for my covered patio so Luis decided the best way to handle it was to ghost me and walk away from completing the job. He ignored my calls, emails and texts. After months, he finally responded and told me his engineer screwed him over and he was embarrassed. I told him to forget being embarrased and do the right thing by not screwing over me and 86 yo mother, make it right and finish the job. I told him he could apply for a permit still and just pay the fine and make it right. I have been more than patient and supportive. He agreed, brought a new contractor to my home. Yay! I gave him everything they needed for the county. He communicated with updates for a little bit. He last texted me on August 26th and said everything had been submitted and I would hear from him in a week. I have never heard from him again. He has ignored my text, my emails, my phone calls and he even BLOCKED me from his Facebook page I noticed. This was an $18,000 job that started 13 months ago. This is not how to conduct good business! I want everyone to know so it does not happen to you. He does good work but if anything goes wrong, HE WILL DUMP YOU and leave you with the mess. I told him from day one that my main concern was doing this legally and being permitted. A real man and respectable company would finish the job. I have always paid him timely and always showed grace. Now I have to pull my own "after the fact" permits, pay the fines, fix whatever may come upon inspection and find someone to finish up the job, pavers around footings, electrical and replace gutter panels. Mr.Vega walked me through general maintenance that I could do on my own. To help save money on any future services. . Very professional, knowledgeable and respectable.

Put in a system that never worked from the start... Took the money and ran!!!! This guy is a stinker...

I hate giving this review because the owner Luis seemed very capable. I called to have my sprinkler system diagnosed and fixed. He came and indicated he thought he knew the issue and gave me a price and came back the next day to do the job. After 10 minutes he told me one of his pieces of equipment was malfunctioning and he would replace it and call me that night to reschedule. He never called. Several days later I called him and left him a message - no response. A few days later I left him a text message - no response. A few days later I sent him an email - no response. I told him if he no longer wanted the job to just let me know - no response. I feel it is not professional to ignore a customer with attempts to contact him 3 ways over a 12 day period. There were no issues with him or the job, so I am really puzzled. I hope he is alright and just not able to respond for some reason, but in the meantime ....

They identified the problem with 2 broken pipes and rerouted the pipes.

Luis and his team did an amazing job! We put a pool in and had to redo our irrigation system in the backyard plus lay sod. Luis was here within 24 hours to look at our project & give us a quote and started the project within 2 days! We were very impressed with his knowledge & how quickly he got our big project done! Highly recommend him & his team!
