"We speak with customers (when home) before leaving to ensure they are happy with our service. If anything is noticed within a day or two we are more than happy to come by to inspect and correct, if necessary. We did speak with the client Thursday after nearly 2 weeks since service. At this time service is due again as the grass and any weeds will have regrown. Looking forward to continued service and excellent client relationship!"
"Thank you Mark R.! It is always a pleasure!"
"We are pleased you are happy! We look forward to continued exceptional servicing of your property."
"We always like to hear clients are happy with our price. We work very hard to keep costs low in order to pass on the value to our customers."
"This was a mutual separation as we were also canceling the contract on this residence. The owner often would add on projects that were not part of the contracted service. This would often put us behind in going to the next service and did not allow us to focus on the job we were there to contractually preform. In the last instance, 2 hours extra were spent at the clients house doing non-contracted work. This put us significantly behind and didn't allow adequate time for the ACTUAL service. In our desire to accommodate the client throughout the working relationship, we often preformed these extra tasks for a fraction of the of the price, if not for free. The client has received a significant amount of services for free. The client didn't have respect for our time, our discounted prices, and our willingness to do extra work. We wish the client luck in finding the right service provider for his needs."
"Hi [Consumer name withheld at their request] I'd like to point out that we don't employ anyone named Clint. So I truly hope this isn't a misunderstanding of the quality of our work. I recall that you were quite happy with our service but decided to shop around several services before asking us back to continue as long term service for you family. I've very sorry that we disappointed you with the weed eating job on one side of one tree. I'm also very sorry that we weren't able to reach you when we attempted to let you know we were behind on Friday, 5/6/16, and were going to offer a credit on the next mowing for the delay. We were able to come fix the problem at our earliest opportunity, which happened to be Mother's Day. We also did email explaining the situation when you contacted us after we had already made it out to fix the spot on by the tree. We're a small family owned business and try to treat each customer as if they are our only customer. Unfortunately, in this case we were still catching up from the rain and were delayed two days. We wish you and your wife the best! If you ever do need anything for any reason in the future, we're happy to help! Lydia & Nick"
