"No scare tactics have ever been used. Home owner has recently received a kidney and the state detected e-coil in the water. Absolute recommendation is 'Don't drink your water until further evaluation has been done'. An unscrupulous competitor has placed a system to remove iron instead of e-coil. Again, no scare tactics, only concern and well being of potential customers."
