H2O Express are TRUE pros in every way. The tech rep was on time and conducted a complete analysis of our water situation, which was a water smell. This company went BEYOND quoting us a price to replace our 19 year old water softner unit, they figured out other issues affecting our situation, and they did this free of charge. (A competitive supplier charged us $160 for the same test, minus all the constructive consultation and advice) needless to say, we went with H2O Express. They confirmed a quick install day and time. Installation day, H2O was on time and professionally installed the new unit perfectly, as well as bringing bags of salt and performed extra maintenance. If you are looking for the BEST service, equipment, price, and professionalism GO with H2O Express. I highly recommend this company for any water softner equipment and installation needs. Good honest company who really cares about the customers they serve.

We were shocked to find a test for re-financing our house detected E-Coli in the well water, "unfit for human consumption". H2O was called who reassured us they have addressed this issue before. In the process it was also discovered our water softener system was outdated and not functioning properly. H2O "shocked" our well with Chlorine, instructed us all the way on what was happening, how to handle getting the chlorine out of the well and pipes after treatment. They also installed a top quality water softener, and Iron removal system I didn't even know was available. They even carried 300 lbs of salt into our basement for the new softener. Our water in our house is now top quality fresh, soft, and practically mineral free! It is fantastic for showers, doing wash, and above all drinking!!! I can not recommend H2O high enough in knowledge of the issues, customer service and value for the money!!!

I'm not sure on the value for the money, just yet. This is my first water softener and reverse osmosis system. The company was timely, respectful and worked diligently to install the system. When I had further questions, I was able to call to get answers! The water is one hundred percent better! It tastes great and feels awesome on our skin.
