Al said Ernesto would be here between 1 and 2 pm. He showed up on time, was nice to our dog, and got the job done quickly--replacing the parts Al and I talked about over the phone--and fixed two leaking toilets. The price Al gave me was reasonable. I'd use them again and would recommend them to our neighbors.

They came out to fix a leaky sink and faucet - looked at it for 5 minutes and said they'd try to find parts. I waited several days - heard nothing - told them I'd just buy a whole new sink and faucet instead of trying to find obscure parts. I order those and they come back to install it - now they take things apart and tell me the hole in the granite for the sink isn't big enough and I need a counter person to come in and make the whole bigger, so now everything is dismantled and another 4 days pass and I have to reach out to them to get a reply they tell me iIt will be another 3 days and they do not have the equipment - they recommend a counter guy who will charge $300 to make a whole 3 cm bigger. I appreciate that he did try to find a countertop guy, but upon calling two other plumbers - both said they have those tools and that's something that H2O should have known about - if they had spent an extra 5-10 minutes upon the first visit to really look at what was wrong - these 10 days of wasted time going back and forth would have been avoided. I cancelled the job with them and am going with another plumber who has the tools needed and was smart enough to ask questions on the phone and request pictures in advance to save his and my time.

Dishonest, gave me false info about price and did a bad job.

Friendly, showed up on time, and did the work well. It was an old tub drain pipe that had a hole in it under the house. They replaced the pipes at the intersection and tested it afterwards. I inspected the work and it was done well.

I hired this company because of the reviews. Al called me and we made an appointment. We settled on a time and date. Al called me on the day of the appointment and we met. Al was very thorough and fixed my plumbing leak which was re-sweating off a hose bib on a copper line and replacing. Al is excellent and I would highly recommend. Lloyd M
