Working with Rex was a pleasure. The response time was very fast. He told me about the options and the best value for me (not necessarily the highest price option). I appreciated when Rex told me honestly about work that didn't need to be done (instead of trying to sell me services I didn't need). I know I have a long term "pool guy" now!

"Just for clarification, $600-$800 was an estimated quote, not an exact price. I told you it could be more, it could be less, I wouldn't know until I got there. You can't put an exact price on a green to clean situation because everything dependent on the condition of the water, how long it has been sitting, and how the water reacts to the chemicals. Your pool required an extra visit because it was so bad. Please also consider the other quotes you received."

I appreciate H2O Pool Solutions coming out and fixing my pool pump. (my pump had lost suction) He was prompt, courteous and fixed my problem. However this was more expensive than I was expecting. The total bill was $212 (including tax) and broke down like this. $95 trip charge, $50 1 hour labor, $55 parts and $12 tax. I can understand the labor but $95 just to show up is a bit much, IMO and the parts consisted of some gaskets and silicone. It is what it is I guess, live and learn. I appreciate them coming out but I will search around for better pricing next time. I suggest get pricing up front so there are no surprises when the job is done.

"Thank you for the positive parts of your review ... however, there were parts involved. We replaced your mechanical shaft seal, which is certainly more than just silicone and gaskets. We also repaired a leak on your booster pump at no extra charge..which wasn't even a requested repair but we were just trying to make sure we served you well. We feel we offer a premium service at a fair price and are sorry you were disappointed with the value."
