Made appointment was on time and timely with the work completed. Job completed professionally with very little hassle.

Manuel and helper showed up on time each day and put in a full day's work. excellent results in my opinion, which the county inspector verified. (I had a natural gas line extended from the meter to a patio for a barbecue grill)

3 days have since passed since I was promised a refund that would be hand delivered. I have had no returned phone calls nor has there been any attempt on "thier" part at resolving this issue regarding my refund request that I was told �I would receive�.

Manuel did an excellent job at repairing the various plumbing issues we had around the house. Very courteous and worked with our tenants.

I had requested to have a �hot water heater� drained, the job was done incorrectly, by a guy who showed up to do the �job� in his own personal vehicle, not in uniform and lacking the �proper� tools to do the job because he had to borrow some from me. He told me after he finished draining the �tank� that water that was leaking from the tank was �residual� water left over from the draining. This was not the case as I had a puddle of water because he �failed� to tighten the �hot water outlet pipe�. So, after a follow-up service call to �tighten� the hot water outlet pipe�, I was promised a refund by Herb and Manuel which I never have received.

Herb, The owner of H20 and his crew,starting with Manuel,Nate. These guys were absolutely the best,they showed up on time for the job. They had to work in some of the coldest weather we have had,they were determined to do the Job right. Also saved me alot of Money. Their Expertise and knowledge of Plumbing was what i was looking for. They did such a good job. I would use them again in a Heartbeat. This Crew outbid everybody and i would bet they worked harder then most so-called Plumbers would have!! Professional and Courteous,no doubt The Best. I would score them Higher than 5.Thanks H20..Lenney

Herb was always on time and got the job done in a timely fashion. We also talked about future jobs I'd like to have performed on the house.

they were very easy to work with made sure they were here when it was convenient for you kept in touch until day of service and on day of service kept you informed of time when they expected to be at your home

Manuel is very professional and knowledgeable with his job. Efficient and did the work fast as what he promised. The total cost was reasonable.
