I wanted to take the time out to give a review of my initial visit from a professional with H2O Waterproofing. I just moved into my home about a year ago. The sellers covered up what, for me, is a disaster; they painted the unfinished basement area beautifully to make it look so crisp, clean, and inviting. Then months later, it started. Water spots began to seep through the big water spots. I called H2O, and they sent Brandi straight out. She was so professional, kind, understanding, and knowledgeable. I have not gotten the work done yet, but the price is just wonderful. I could not ask for more honest people with integrity. Brandi made me feel like I could conquer the world in my chaos. Initial visits can tell a lot. I made a good choice by calling them. My work will be in progress soon. If you have water spot problems, call them; you will be happy you did.

I called H2O about a crack in my basement wall and consistently high humidity in my basement. They came over later that same day and recommended a solution (polymer injection into the crack, installing a dehumidifier, painting the concrete with drylock paint, and sealing the top of the wall to reduce humidity intrusion).
The work was scheduled for less than two weeks after the initial visit. They showed up on time and completed everything in a day. They came by a week later to check how everything was holding up and performing and made a few touch ups where necessary.
The timeliness, communication, and responsiveness were excellent throughout the process. I absolutely recommend H2) for anyone with humidity and settling issues.

H20 Waterproofing does a fantastic job! I love all the people that I’ve dealt with. I own many rental properties and this is the only waterproofing company that I will ever use. They are professional and truly try to help the customer. Six weeks after they finish my crawlspace there was a major flood. They sent Amari back out and he helped me get everything cleaned up and they honored all the work that they did. This is a top-notch company!

The crew, were some of the hardest working young men. They were polite, respectful of our property, and professional. Very professional, friendly and timely estimate, good communication. Some misunderstanding on my part was cleared up when the job started and Joe was very concerned that I was satisfied with work. The crew members that did the actual work were knowledgeable, polite and efficient. Even before the work was done I had a dry basement garage after a hard rain. Well worth the money.

Eric and his team did a great job installing an incredible waterproofing system in an investment property I bought. The house was originally built in 1978 and had cinder blocks where moisture had been slowly accumulating for years. They came and installed their waterproofing system and a pump to pump out any ensuing water from rains and the system works amazingly. No more moisture and no more musty odors. They were very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Their estimate was one of the best as well.
