H2O to Go

You can live without soft water...but it's hard

H2O To GO has been locally owned and operated in Las Vegas since 1981. Our expertise is designing and building water treatment systems for Southern Nevada’s harsh water. All the hospitals, most of the major casinos and over 50,000 residents have put their trust in us to help them with their water treatment needs. All our systems are manufactured in the USA. We have 24 hour emergency service for our customers. Due to insurance liability we only install and service our equipment. We understand everyone is looking for a company they can trust. We are that company.

Business Overview

How We Got Started

I chose to work in this industry because After graduating from the University of Nevada Las Vegas with a background in water purification I realized all of the local water treatment companies were selling equipment manufactured as one size fits all. Las Vegas has some of the hardest water in the United Sates. Equipment that will work in the Midwest or back East won't work here...at lease not for very long. H2O to Go offers equipment designed and manufactured specifically for the Vegas Valley water supply.. .

We started in this industry in 1985.

We describe our business as Family owned and operated

A well-known fact, Las Vegas has horrible water! I would have never drunk from my tap, so wanting to make an improvement and after researching this company and comparing them to various others, I gave them a call. The sales representative I spoke with, Mel, made an appointment to come to my home for a presentation and free quote. When she arrived, I was extremely impressed with her professionalism and extensive knowledge of her product and the overall water situation. She answered me every question and I gladly purchased a 4 stage mineral filtration system. Their plumber came out the next day and thoroughly explained where everything was going to go, then he expeditiously installed my system and provided me with instructions on how to operate. Now I love my water, finding myself drinking more! No more hard water, no more having to buy bottled water, no more going through charcoal shower nozzles, I can actually use my ice cube snow and my newly filtered drinking water tastes great! Showers feel wonderful and for the 1st time since I bought my house, I now see suds when I use my washing machine! I am extremely happy with this investment and the service I received from this outstanding company. I would gladly recommend them to anyone else!

Moved into our new home out in Indian Springs. Found these guys on Home Advisor so I could weed out those that would not travel out here. I made contact with several different companies, but Sid at H20 to Go, cut through the BS and gave me a legit price on a complete install for a system to soften well water. The call I made was on Friday morning and by the following Tuesday at noon, I had the complete install finished. The installer "Cam", couldn't have been easier or more accommodating to work with. Nice neat install and functioning well so far. Highly recommended company.

H2O to Go installed a water softener for me. I noticed the brine tank was getting far to full and called them to come and re-check the installation. I was told everything was ok and just keep an eye on it. The unit was guzzling my salt supply so I was sure something was wrong. After about 2 more months I called again to let them know the brine tank was even more full. This tech said there was a problem with the installation, some wrong parts were installed in order to save a few pennies and another part was actually broken. It is a shame an otherwise good installation was ruined by the wrong parts being installed and not getting checked out properly on the first service call.

We chose H20 To Go because they met every expectation. From Chris' sales call - he arrived 10 minutes early and patiently waited for me to walk my dogs so they would be quiet during our appointment - to a very thorough presentation regarding water quality and their treatment options. He covered every detail and was incredibly responsive to my questions. Other companies I contacted had to reschedule their appointments with us and when they arrived spent about 5 minutes giving us a quote. I work in sales, so I expect a detailed presentation as to why I need anything and Chris met that. We chose the 7-stage refiner with softener, RO and alkaline so not an inexpensive decision at all but were very comfortable making that decision with this company. The installation was seamless and the installer has worked with the company for 20 years and I have friends who've had their systems with H20 To Go for 12 years, serviced every year by the same person. That in itself speaks volumes for the H20 To Go. We made a great decision and I would recommend them to anyone as the very best in water purification and customer service in Las Vegas.
