Fixed Generator Installation
The staff at Bob Garrett Services provided me with a solution to my heating/cooling problems. I met with Shaun Scott who listened to my concerns, and he returned the following day with their duct specialist David to find a solution for the problems I was experiencing with my old system. The team of David, Johnny, Jake, and Thomas returned the following week to install my new system. I highly recommend Bob Garrett Services due to the professional service I received. Bill O’Connell also assisted me with the purchase of my Generac generator which is in the process of being completed. I could not be happier with the service I received.

Fixed Generator Installation
Bait and switch. They quoted me a price for a generator swap out, to which I agreed and accepted. A week and a half later they called me to say they wouldn't honor the original quote and the price was now $3,000 more. I spoke with the manager, who refused to honor the original quote, cursed at me (I cursed at him to) and told me to "go right fxcking ahead" and write all the negative reviews I want on FB, Instagram, and Snapchat. So I'm honoring his request and letting people know to be careful of this business.
