Hired them for a pond, basically just dug a hole in the ground. Took them to court and won. Will not pay us the money Judge allowed us.

Awesome price for the quality. Contractor was attentive to our project needs and made sure we were satisfied before closing out the project.

Showed up promptly, crew worked well as a team and completed what we had agreed upon in the time frame they'd quoted. Very professional.

Thankful to find 4 fine respectable young men who worked hard all day at my home to remove a diseased very tall pine/spruce tree in a fenced in back yard steep hill. Highly recommend Virginia Borne

They were thorough, professional and worked hard all day. They mentioned to me that there was a bird sitting on her nest and would I mind if they left that branch alone. I would have been mortified had they cut that branch down. I told them to leave it. I can always call them later if this branch becomes troublesome. I truly appreciated their kindness.

April 2, 2021, and major tree removal and cleanup started September 30, 2020. In the beginning, Matt was very quick and courteous. Prompt responses and very professional on the phone, and in person. What we have now is a job that is 75% complete. 2 items on the estimate. 1, tree removal for 7 trees, and 2, stump grinding to create a kind of usable yard. The work was quick in the beginning. A major piece of equipment broke almost immediately, and a bunch of the cut wood and other remnants could not be taken away. A large broken truck was left in the driveway, blocking in 3 cars, and was not removed until after the bill was paid completely. Several attempts were made to have the job finished, but nobody ever returned. I wish I could, but I cannot recommend Hano Utilities for your total tree removal needs. None of the 2 items on the estimate were fully accomplished. I believe the job was too much for his capabilities.

Matt was most accommodating and had proper insurance, equipment, and knowledge.

Do not want them they do not have what it takes to do a pond I have pics to show who want to see them cave in all over the pond I had to hire someone else to do the pond over the right way now!!! The other guys said they said they know how to do a pond so I hire them .they do not know how they took my money and did a bad job. It looks like crap. I thought you guys should know about this.
