Shower handle was replaced, when taking the first shower after their repair, the water would not turn off-husband had to completely take apart and put it back together. Disappointed for price we paid and service we received. Also tried to upsell a $1600 service for annual maintenance service not related to work we were having done

What a find. Could not have expected a better experience than working with Hat Home Services. 1st company to reach out to me and the tech Carlos was tremendous. Explained everything to me in basic terms that I can understand and gave me several options to address the issue I was having. Will definetly be my go to company going forward if I have issues with AC/Plumbing. A+ from top to bottom. No complaints.

They offer no warranty, unless they provide the materials and they charged me for removing and replacing for a cheaper faucet that they selected. the service people that came out they are nice people but the last one that came out told me no warranty they should have told me this information at the first place. The 2nd service man called the company and ask the company to not charge me for the 2nd install but the company said she should be charged, and i will never use this company again a have cheaper faucet at home that i never chose and the charge of this faucet and install is very excessive.
