Had an installation scheduled for Tuesday (9/2/25) at 8am. The company never showed up and never called to cancel or reschedule. To date, I'm not sure if they forgot, were overbooked, or had an emergency. Either way, I would have expected someone from the business to comunicate in lieu of just not showing up.

Jay was very knowledgeable, professional and very easy to work with. We needed a 50in tv mounted and a good size bathroom mirror hung on the wall, he was able to take care of both in a timely fashion. We would definitely recommend Jays services and we definitely plan on using him again for our future handyman needs. Jay, was the first of the five contractors to respond. We was professional, reasonable, and expedient. I put the request in about 6pm and he was at my house at 7:15pm, with the 65" hug by 7:50pm. I'm very pleased I selected him because he did an excellent job, coming from a very particular client. * side note: I chose to do my own wire management; even though he offered two solutions-relocate electrical source or wire management sleeve....again, thorough and expert.

Did a great job mounting a 77 inch TV on the wall. He also picked out the mounting bracket as I had no idea which to select. He also changed out a separate wall outlet that was malfunctioning. Took his time and explained what he was doing. He also helped setup the TV once mounted.
