"The first day on the job, when we were 3/4 of the way to completion, and the home owner requested that we change the shingles that we just installed into a different color and he would pay for it. Before installing the shingles, we had to remove and replace some ply board. We recommended that he change more than the one piece but the home owner declined. Even after signing a contract, the homeowner had a separate price in mind to pay us that did not include the receipts. We try to please all of our customers but some are beyond our reach."
