The work I needed was more complicated due to my sloping ceiling and missing remote control from my package. The two technicians did not leave until the work was complete....and kept a very pleasant demeanor throughout, despite the challenges and unexpected "supplies" I needed which, fortunately, they had on their very professional vehicle with trailer. I definitely will call on them again.

We had an electrical failure at our dock on a Saturday when we wanted to take our new pontoon boat for its maiden voyage. What were the chances of getting help on a Sat morning? Excellent as it turned out when we made the decision to call Howard for help. He arrived and solved the problem within an hour and we were on the water. Excellent attitude and proficiency.
