A tenant had used some unknown wax product on my engineered hardwood floors leaving a hard gunky finish which was shiny in places and dull in others. Carlos had to experiment multiple times to find the right product to clean it off and return the floors to their original luster. I am so grateful for his expertise. I might have been stuck with replacing the floors at a great deal of expense.

Carlos and his son were wonderful to work with! They went the extra mile on my office floor and had to do more than they thought they would to make it look good. The only issue I had was trying to reach them after the job was done. I am still waiting for a receipt. Other than that, they were great!

Did not finish the job and would not return my phone calls. Seemed very knowledgeable about wood flooring repairs. I was very disappointed after reading all the good reviews.

Very prompt and courteous and cooperative, ...and honest, said my rug was worn out and not worthy of cleaning, but it turned out like new anyway.
