Jim is great and did good work on the pergola he built but he hired someone else to do the concrete part of the job and they did not do good work. I do not think the concrete will last through the winter without cracking and chipping away.

Jim Hoyt and his assistant replaced two deck beams and finished the day early. The next day we checked his work in more detail to find he did not insert most fasteners and left many joists poorly attached to the new beam or not attached at all. We emailed photos of the missing fasteners. Jim returned the following week to install the missing fasteners. We were not impressed.

Jim was really helpful, started right away and finished exactly when he said it would be done. Really good service and the craftsmanship was good. Only thing was some of the wood choices were not the most aesthetic peices of wood.

Jim is the owner and the main labor. He is calm and very patient. During the build we had questions, additions and changes come up and Jim said, no problem, this is part of the process. I am so thrilled with our final product and Jim did the work with care and in a very timely fashion. Thanks again for everything Jim! We will love our new deck for many many years to come.

Jim repaired our redwood deck. He got on the job very quickly, explained what he proposed to do, and did what he said he would. He was here when he said he would be, and did an excellent job.

Jim and Michael replaced our Trex deck with a TimberTech Deck in August. Jim gave me a quote and stay within my budget. He is a small business and doesn't have a big fancy web page like a Deck Business. He comes out gives you a quote then fits you in as soon as he has an opening. Jim worked with me when I made a few slight changes like adding shelves under our deck and my husband didn't want the screws to show on the boards so he installed the clamp type system. Since he is a small business so do your homework as to the type of composite wood you want. The good thing is the SuperDeck Store has all of the material for you to make your decision.

    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
