They were very professional , did great work.

They were quick too!

Only concern I had but was able to take of myself was two of the gutter nails broke and was coming falling out. The gutters look great and a very nice job was done. They also cleaned my roof which again looked great when they were done. Will hire again in future.

They did not show up the day they were scheduled and were unreachable by phone. My husband missed a full day of work waiting around for them to show up. We called them several, several times and left messages - both of us. 2 hours had past since they were supposed to be there, so we were desperate and tried everything. My husband found a second phone number listed for them through the BBB and with a combination of texting, we finally got a hold of a human being. One person gave us one excuse saying we must have wrote down the day wrong, and another person said that they were short handed so had to miss our appointment -- without calling us, really? So unprofessional. After much complaining, the owner himself promised to come out that Saturday with a few guys to do the job plus give us a $50 discount for missing the original appointment. Both my husband and I were fully expecting them to blow us off again and not return our calls if they didn't show up. But the owner did show up! He had no one to help him and did all the work by himself to replace all of our gutters. It took him twice as long as expected because he had no help. He was super nice and apologetic. My husband and I came away feeling satisfied about the work he did, but he needs to hire more professional employees/office staff that will actually return home owners calls. I caution anyone booking with them to get more than one form of contact for them and to have them verify your appointment date in writing or email. When we got our final bill for repairs which is just a carbon copy of the original estimate they gave us when they came to our house several days before with the days final total written at the bottom. We saw they had written our original appointment date on there for the repairs, crossed it out and wrote another one (new one) next to it, so they did in fact forget/blow off our original appointment date.
