I have hired HBRE to handle a mix of handyman tasks, a punch list, and a basement restoration project in the past, and I couldn’t be more impressed. They were punctual, professional, and extremely easy to work with throughout the entire process. Their pricing was fair and transparent, and the quality of their work was exceptional. Every task was completed with care and attention to detail, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. I highly recommend HBRE to anyone looking for reliable, skilled, and trustworthy home repair or restoration services. Outstanding experience from start to finish!

I hired him, he made the home visit, made notes, told me he would file a report with the City, and email me a report of the visit and his recommendations. I paid him and never heard from him again. I never received the reports, an explanation, or further contact. This was a very poor and unprofessional interaction. Hopefully, what he told me about the wall not being a load-bearing wall is true and my roof does not cave in on itself. Time will tell.

The project was going fine until the cabinets were installed wrong. Then it was a series of visits to correct the issues. And in the end, I still have cracked cabinet boxes that weren't replaced, but were just covered up with veneer paneling. Cabinet subcontractor didn't explain the cabinet options well enough, and I paid for full overlay upgrade that wasn't even possible in the type of cabinets they quoted me, they provided no other options. I also couldn't get a final bill that aligned with the contract, and the owner refused to clear up the variances. Overall the oversight of my project was lacking, the issues with the cabinets was preventable if the project manager had been on-site when the cabinets were installed. Waste of money to hire HBRE to manage my project and I'll never hire them again.

The team was very professional and pleasant to work with. They were very patient with my indecisions and help me make the best choices. They kept the project moving and on time. The result is a beautiful bathroom and kitchen backsplash. I would hire them again.

The contractor, Robbie, is very detail oriented and committed to delivering quality work. His subcontractors were on time, friendly and (!) cleaned up after themselves. There were some problems during the renovation, but Robbie handled them all to my satisfaction. My kitchen is beautiful!
