Hugo has done many jobs for us over the years. The bathroom remodel he did is great! His tile work is beautiful and I typically allow him to select most of the items used in a remodel because he is talented at knowing what the finished product will look like when he is planning. His work is excellent and he is an artist in his design for remodeling. He also remodeled my kitchen several years ago and we are still enjoying the fabulous work he did. He made new cabinets to fit in where there were no cabinets and you can't tell which are original and which he added. Excellent work!

Hugo did an excellent job, putting in a brand new bathroom with shower floors, walls ceiling, light fixtures, raise the roof in one area of my bedroom from 7 foot to 9 foot tiling stained some parts of the wood floor, and all new walls in the bedroom and lighting. Hugo did an excellent job on all and I have been enjoying it for a while.

There are many projects that Hugo and his team have completed for me. Everything from punchlist items to full home rehabs. He is prompt, priced fairly and communicates often. A rare find in todayâ s construction industry.

Hugo was very professional he put all work in writing there was never any problems with him or his crew his finished job looked very good and we were happy. the only exception was his time line it did take more time than was originally promised over all I would recommend him I give a 5 all the way

Hugo built a custom bathroom vanity with a custom cement top. He used reclaimed wood and stained the cement top. It is well built and beautiful and matched the reclaimed wood walls on the walk in shower. Everyone who sees it just loves it! Will hire him for future work for sure!!!

This company is horrible. I signed a contract with him with a finish date of December 1st due to being scheduled for surgery on December 16th, remodel had to be done and I had to be moved. On December 7th he still was not done then refused to do the floor further delaying project and forcing me to find new contractor. Surgery had to be delayed... Specific problems, he worked only 16 days out of 25 available working days, would not show up for days on end even when he said he was going to be there, demanded payment in advance and then wouldn't show up for 4 or 5 days to do any work! Dishwasher improperly installed, sink leaks, granite counter not polished on edges, oven never worked and I had to call repair people two days before Christmas, toilets not installed properly, floors crooked, bullnose not even around edges of floors, cabinet doors put on crookedly, screws used were too short for drawers causing drawer fronts to come off and break, refused to remove debris and I had to hire a truck, then I had to load the debris and haul it to the dump...I am almost 60 years old. When brining up problems, nothing was EVER HIS FAULT, even when it was his fault. Had to hire multiple professionals to "fix" what he did wrong...definitely overcharged for this project. Actually installed dead breaker for the oven and then said it was the oven that was broken (brand new wall oven). When the oven repair people came out, they said there was no 240 going to the element...not the oven but the contractor! Does not have a license in North Carolina...will never refer him to anyone. Most horrible remodel experience of my life
