Leslie does a fantastic job! She does an excellent job at keeping our house clean. It not only looks clean - it smells clean. Her cleaning is simple - hard work. She has a friendly demeanor. And I always look forward to her coming. I would definitely refer her and HCG Cleaning. Scheduling and payment of the bill is made simple and accurate. This is not the first service I've had but this is the one I always want and would recommend.

I would drop them from your list. I called the owner numerous times. E mailed him to no response as of June 4, 2017., and I hired this company in Jan. 2017. So I has the misfortune to use them a couple of times.; He says he is bonded and insured however he lies. One of his employees burned my bathroom floor and has not even tried to make restitution. I would not recommend this company at all.

This is a local business and quick to respond to my request. I am very pleased with their availability to my schedule and the quality of work received. Do not hesitate to give them a chance.

Spent 2hrs. Here to clean 5 rooms...obviously a lot was missed. To just spray the floors and use a dry towel did not clean them and left them dirty & smeared. No water was ever used for anything, even used that spray & towel to do the bathtub which still has a ring around it with a film, the tiles are smeared & filmy too. This is not my idea of cleaning and I feel I totally WASTED my money!!!

Did a really good job on the upstairs. Missed some cleaning on the windows in the living room. Cleaned the bathroom and kitchen great.

I am going to use them again in a couple of months.

The owner of the company is AAA and very customer oriented. I have rheumatoid arthritis and need help. Alicia was here almost 4 hours but not dust most of my house or light fixtures. She was very nice and I did not notice these things until she left. I'm sure Tim would make it right, but I feel I should not have to tell a cleaning service to do basic cleaning.

They were very flexible with scheduling and they are open to comments or critiques. We had had them clean twice and we are happy with the work.

I had a great experience working with them. They are very professional, trustworthy and dependable.

They are easy to work with, thorough and professional. I was very happy with the results. I highly recommend their work and services to anyone.

I look forward to my service every week. I really appreciate that they always send the same cleaner. I feel like she is a part of the family now.
