They where unresponsive,and unprofessional.

Signed a contract for a project in 2019. Today is November 9, 2020. NOTHING HAS BEEN STARTED. But they have THOUSANDS of our dollars. No one knows anything about anything; that is the response IF they call you back. And that goes from the salesman, all the way to the owners. Had to dispute charges through the bank, we took the loan out because we have ZERO faith they will refund us without an amount a hassle.

They were non-responsive until payment time came. We have paid the project in full and now their subcontractors are calling because they have not been paid.

Do not use this company. We paid a premium to remodel 2 very small bathrooms thinking we were going to have professionals doing the work. Absolutely the opposite happened. The first subcontractor walked off the job, and we were told left many jobs undone. The many different people they sent to complete the job were completely unskilled. The grout has fallen out all over the shower walls and bench - twice - and discolored, it will need to be scraped out and re-grouted again. Hardware was installed in the wrong places and crooked. The paint was missed in several areas. Filled holes in walls where items were installed incorrectly and they slopped the spray texture all over the painted walls and new floor tile. Laid tools on new countertops and toilet seat, scratched both, and left permanent rust spot on new countertops. Did not tighten pipes under sink and water sat on the new cabinet floor and warped the wood. Shockingly bad workmanship. Management had an excuse for everything and sent the same people back to make repairs that made the mess, to begin with. I would not let them do repairs even if they offered. Do not make the same bad mistake with this company that I did.

Cannot recommend this company. We are experiencing terrible customer service and poor quality of work. Our project, a complete remodel of two small bathrooms, began the beginning of September 2019 (was supposed to begin in August), and now in January 2020, they both remain unfinished. We have had bad experiences with both the project manager and the sub contractor. We are waiting on a long list of fixes and rework. There is terrible (and rude) communication and obviously no concern from the company about the great inconvenience this has placed on our lives. We went with a general contractor with the goal of having a professional job and more hands off experience versus managing it ourselves, and it has been everything but that. Extremely bad management.

complete remodeling solutions was very flexible and very accommodating. After the job was done they even come out again and help me with the problem but I had seen with moving an electrical outlet. They did not charge me any more money.

After a very chaotic start, all of our concerns were addressed and we are very satisfied with the kitchen. The kitchen itself turned out beautifully and Marty did follow through to make sure that our kitchen was a success. Special thanks to Troy and Arik for putting all the fine finishing touches in our kitchen.

John Barela is knowledgeable, skillful, timely, respectful, and polite. He does great work.

They are a great company to worth with, They change personal a lot but that delay my start time in my job, They did not start till 3 weeks later, They told me 3 to 4 to complete my project and it took 6 weeks!!

Contractor was excellent he did an excellent job. Some of the deliveries were a little late but the contractor pushed on with the project. Took 7 days to complete which I understand is typical.

We recently hired CRS to remodel 1 guest bathroom and 1 master bathroom. After doing our research and evaluating several quotes we chose to go with Marty and the CRS team. 1. They had the concept design layout that no other team could provide 2. They will work with you customize your entire project, so you wont be stuck with patterns that are preselected (this is important if you truly want a custom bathroom) 3. They were responsive in almost all communication* 4. They were careful, communicative in the work stages and during any changes, or obstacles along the way. 5. They cleaned up after every shift and kept a tidy work space. 6. The main crewman Dan and his associate George were top notch. We felt comfortable having them work on our house...almost like extended family. We wish the best for them too! 7. They are the right size company, not too large and corporate, not too small and inexperienced. 8. They even brought us Krispy Kreme doughnuts one morning after we had a slight delay. 9. Attention to detail, they fixed the smallest details without hesitation. * Given that a bathroom remodel has many stages, parts to order, shipping, logistics, work load, scheduling, its just as important to be a good customer. We were happy to have built a good relationship with Marty and his team and would recommend to anyone looking to make the investment in their home. -Minus 1 star: Truthfully there were times in the project where we felt that their team was overstretched and we felt neglected, but that is also evidence that their company has plenty of projects and business. Customers also need to realize that weather in Colorado will also affect work times. Blue skies, work is getting done on time....snowy blizzards will add delays...just be patient. Marty is a great salesman, a father, and a genuine person who has the intentions to do right as best as he can. We found he was helpful the entire process, even when things don't go according to plan. He'll do his best to follow up and keep you in the loop...but customers also need to do their fair share of communication. Thank you.

I recommend this company; however, be prepared to chase their representatives for updates. Once we got our install date, work progressed quickly and we are very satisfied with the results. We will enjoy our beautiful new doors for many years to come!

Marty did a great job with presenting a solid window--it was quite expensive, but they were worth it. There was a little hangup with the handle not working right and they had another handle over-nighted to my house. The trim was done better than the original door. Love the door from American manufacturer too.

I hired Marty Toma to have a security door built and installed. I received no call on the day the installers arrived. I was angry because I had waited two months for this project to be started and I was being called into work when the installers arrived and rang my bell. They couldn't fit the door into the frame, had to install another and it looks alright and it locks, but it is not right. I then tried to reach out to Ed Alwine and he returned my calls, but we kept missing each other and to top it off the installers left no warranty, or information on the door they installed. The final installer also said No English and wouldn't tell me anything. I was angry and they knew it, but I think you shouldn't recommend them to anyone.

The team was friendly and eager to do the job. The salesmen certainly sold the "sizzle". The execution of the project was not as planned or expected; the team did work to remedy the concerns but the finished product was just ok. I am happy to have a new space, however the experience and quality of work has not been the "premium quality" I am currently paying for.

This Company is absolutely amazing!! They have completely exceeded my expectations! Marty was very quick to come out and give me an estimate on the removal of my deck and concrete patio replacement. He kindly worked within my short window of time helping me to get my house on the market as planned. Marty and the Team were very polite, professional and courteous. The project is complete and all I have to say is WOW! They went above and beyond to create a beautifully designed outdoor sanctuary that fits perfectly with the mountains and open fields that surround it. I would without a doubt recommend them to family and friends.
