Ductless Mini-split Heating System Installation or Replacement
We met with HD Air on October 5, 2025, for a $29,000 mini-split system. Conflicting financing information delayed installation until December and forced us to get another $16,000 loan with a cosigner after being told rebates could cover that balance. We felt deeply misled. We spent nights without heat, reported freezing pipes, and found trash, unsealed exterior holes, and a leaking branch box. The system did not work properly until December 23. We paid $4,146 in extra rent and lost workdays. Repeated visits continued in 2026. A September repair failed within 45 minutes; the next day's reset lasted 15 minutes. On October 6, a technician identified excessive pressure from a restriction. Our next visit is October 13. If repairs fail, we face colder weather without our only heat source. We worry about further home cracking, our pets, and staying warm. HD Air "may" consider replacement only if failures continue after October 13. We need a lasting solution now. I cannot recommend HD Air.

Very expensive project having my Central Air and Furnace go out at the same time. We had a new furnace installed last week and we were not satisfied with how it was working. I called Hurley and David and had a technician come out, it was determined we needed a bigger BTU furnace. I spoke to Michelle Creek who ensured me they would order a new one and have it installed. They ordered it on 6/10 and it was installed today 6/12. Jimarri Scott came to install with his crew and he was awesome!!! Very knowledgeable, polite and professional. He explained all the steps to me, kept me updated with the progress! Hopefully no more issues going forward! Thank you!
