About us

HDL Property Services II, LLC, was founded over 20 years ago, and I took over the business in September of 2010 after the previous owner retired. We have hundreds of satisfied customers in our database in and around St. Marys, Ohio, and we are always looking to expand. We have 7 snow removal trucks, 2 salt trucks, 2 front end loaders, and plenty of shovels we can handle any job that comes up big or small. We also have 25 individual dumpsters ranging from 10-20 cubic yards available for delivery with no daily rental fees applied.

We were redoing our basement and needed to gut the existing basement, drywall, studs, carpet etc. The weight limit was one ton over the other dumpsters we looked at and still the same size. They had wonderfull customer service!! The dumpster was dropped off on time and we were unsure of when we wanted it to be picked up so all I had to do was call when we were finished. I called and left a message to have it picked up because we were out of town. It was gone when we got home. This was a great convienience for us! Should the need ever come up where we need a dumpster again we will go with HDL!! Also it had a door so we could walk our stuff in.
