The rep was personable and seemed knowledgable, but I felt that I was overcharged by 16% because of mismeasurement by the rep. ^ pallets of sod were delivered, but only 5 used, yet, I was charged for all 6 and the rep tried to convince me that 7 were erroneously delivered, but I counted 6. In addition, the preperation was less than acceptable. No scraping, tilling, or leveling was done. The sod was just placed on top, making it just higher than sprinklers, walkways, curbs, etc. Improrper preparation makes the establishment of the lawn longer and more complicated. The sod, itself, was lesser quality than I had hoped.
