I was very pleased with this repair. The repairman came the same day I called and diagnosed the problem. Within two days he had the part and had repaired the TV. He was very pleasant, congenial and quick. I recommend HDTV Repair LLC highly and will be happy to use them again.

HDTV responded first to my request within a few hours. They came out the very next day after normal bsiness hours, diagnosed and fixed the problem. They spent about three hours on the job. The bill was $450 including a new $25 optical cable. That's about $142 per hour for labor. I thought that was a little overpriced. Maybe I'm unaware of prevailing labor rates.

A bit of a delay in receiving the part that was needed and ended up being slightly more than the price that was quoted. But he arrived at the agreed-to appointment time and made the repairs quickly.

HDTV called me immediately. They gave me a quote to look at what needs to be done. I had also contacted Sears but decided to go with HDTV. I waited 2 days before actually setting up an appointment and he came out to the house the same day late at night. He quoted the cost to repair the TV and said he would be back the next day. My TV was repaired by 11:00 that morning and the color actually looks better than what it had before. HDTV did an outstanding job.

My TV was picked up on July 26, 2011 for repair and I was told it would only take two weeks to fix. It is now September 9, 2011 and my TV has not been fixed or returned to me and I cannot reach TV Work Inc (calls go immediately to voice mail). I'm considering reporting the TV set stolen at this point

Found HDTV Repair on Servicemagic and requested quote. Technician (Colllins) called be within 15 minutes and we set up an appt for 1 hour later. Collins showed up as scheduled diagnosed the problem and indicated parts were needed and he would take of that and get back to me. Collins called the next day and came and fixed the TV. Pretty impressive - about 24 hours from the time I found HDTV Repair until the job was done included two house visits. I'm totally satisfied.

The gentleman called right away and came out the same day to do the estimate. Assured me this was the problem and he'd be back Monday at the latest (that was 3 days later). I was optimistic. Throughout the next 2 weeks I had to call him to get updates as to what was going on. He replaced the part we talked about but that didn't fix the problem, however he kept stringing me along saying he could fix it. Finally he's stated he knows what the problem is but it's not worth It to fix it. The positive, all I paid for was the $65 estimated.

The technician repaired our problem. Although he stayed on his cell phone speaking another language most of his visit, he was knowledgeable after we were able to get his attention. He answered our questions and gave us helpful tips which would enable us to extend the life of our television.

Prompt pickup of TV; at pickup I identified the problem as due to being power supply being blown by surge; I had to repeatedly call to get them prodded to move forward; we are currently waiting for the repairs to be done and unit returned to us (within days per Collins).

Mr. Tadjou contacted me immediately after my submission. He carefully listened to the goals concerning my project and pronounced that he could meet and exceed them, which made me very happy, but not as happy when I learned he could come the next day! Mr. Tadjou arrived promptly and, after examining the problem at hand, proceeded to describe how he would go about repair and re-installation, how long it would take, and how much it would cost. Mr. Tadjou finished the job in the time he said he would, and did exactly what he said he would do, charging me exactly what he said he would. I couldn't be happier with the service.
