Mr. Heard gave a detailed estimate, explaining all steps and their costs. He contacted his subcontractors and set up a schedule with a realistic time frame taking into account possible delays with the custom built counter top. Apex gave an estimate, but it was vague and incomplete. Woodwork did not reply after I described the job. I had another reference from a friend, but his was as vague as Apex's. Mr. Heard made it clear what the costs would be and why. I have confidence in him and his workers, and they just started the job this morning. Thank you for the referral.

Gene Heard did a GREAT job for us. He did everything he said he would, was on time and on budget. We had hired him to replace our rotten deck and it came out beautiful, we are extremely happy with the work. His crew was professional and friendly and showed up on time each day. We were so pleased with his work, that we hired him to replace 3 of our sliding doors. When we get ready to remodel our master bath, we will definitely give Gene a call.

Gave me a writen contract price including materials and charged me in the end 1/3 higher and want's more money to take the wooden forms out which should be part of the job and included on contract.Prices very high and even with contract does not stay at that price

Mr. Heard was extremely professional and courteous. He came over immediately to look at the problem and provided his opinion along with a quote. Others provided me a quote over the phone without looking at the door. I hired Heard Enterprises to fix the door and he fixed the problem within an hour at a very reasonable cost. His quote was significantly less than the other quotes I received and the work was great! I highly recommend Heard Enterprises and will call him again for additional work I need.
