Great customer service! Treated us like family. Had an issue with a water heater that stopped working just as we were supposed to host family for the weekend. Called Heartland Plumbing to see if there was anything that could be done and they came through. Made adjustments to their schedule to take care of us. Located a new water heater for us, made a trip to get it early and way out of their way to start installing it early before our company arrived. They took extra care getting the new water heater in, installing it and getting the old one out. No one was the wiser that we had a new heater put in just hours before everyone arrived. Not many companies take the time to understand the full situation and work with you to find a solution but Heartland Plumbing did just that. Wouldnâ t use anyone else based on my experience. Came highly recommended and I will be passing that recommendation to others.
