I had an excellent experience with them. Aurel and Cristian showed up on time, were courteous and professional, and did a great job installing my new A/C System! I highly recommend Heating and Air Paramedics for any HVAC-related work.

We recently had our HVAC unit replaced at our rental property in Round Rock, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The communication throughout the process was consistently clear and proactive, which made a big difference given that we manage the property remotely. Both the company as a whole and Anthony Peluso in particular did a great job ensuring every question was answered quickly and that we were kept fully informed at each stage of the project. Anthony was especially helpful, responsive, professional, and attentive to detail making sure nothing fell through the cracks and that we always knew what to expect next. The installation itself was handled efficiently, and we felt confident knowing we were in good hands throughout the entire process. We truly appreciate the level of customer service provided and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this company! Eural (tech) and Anthony (Customer service), specifically took such a wonderful care of our family! Both of our AC units went out back to back and they were quick, reliable, and an absolute pleasure to work with! It’s hard finding an AC company that you can trust, these guys are beyond wonderful! I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again in the future!
