Showed up on time (actually early because they had a cancellation and I was available). Worked efficiently and quickly. Wore a mask the entire time. Installation looks good and works well. Personable and nice to talk with.

They were recommended by Home Advisor as knowing how to install my new EcoBee voice control thermostat. After 3 hours, and a call to EcoBee, it was still not installed or working. We were all frustrated with the EcoBee **help desk**! They put the old thermostat back on and left. Overall, I would not recommend getting an EcoBee thermostat. After several texts with them and a phone call, they apologized for the trouble, and have refunded my initial cost for the thermostat and installation. I appreciate the follow up with the issue. Ryan is very polite and professional.

Mr. Al Rousan is very knowledgeable, he does great work and is very kind and patient. He stands behind his work and even called me to make sure everything was operating properly and that I was happy with my AC s performance. He works quick and is out of your way in no time. I definitely recommend to anyone looking for AC repair, installation, or maintenance.

They really took care of me during the heat wave season in Houston. Other companies charge extra just for a visit during the summer and he did not charge me any extra fees. His crew was dressed informs and were very professional and even had boot covers over their street shoes and the gesture was very appreciated my wife noticed they did not make a mess of anything with tracking in mud dirt etc. There was no service fee for the call and I waited a couple days before hiring him.

Both of our air conditioners stopped working on Friday before Memorial Day. It was pure coincidence that they both quit at the same time because it was 2 different problems. The one was a relay on the inside coil had gone bad which he replaced in a matter of minutes and had it running again. The second unit he tested the capacitor on the outside unit and it was bad, he found a replacement after numerous calls to his suppliers (the system is 24 years old so parts are not readily available) and after putting it on found the fan motor had also failed (this is what probably shorted the capacitor). He tried to find the fan motor but it was just not available. He then told us our options, replace just the condenser (outside unit) or the entire system. He explained what the manufacturers warranty based on which option and even said he could try to find a used condenser to save some money but it would have no warranty. We chose to replace the entire unit (condenser, coils, and furnace), he inspected the duct work and it looked fine so it did not need to be replaced. Because it was Memorial Day weekend he could not get the unit from his supply house until Tuesday. On Tuesday they arrived on time, it took about 5 hours to remove the old system, install the new system, and clean up everything. His crew was polite, tried to keep the noise down as much as possible, and they even asked for a vacuum to clean up the insulation and other debris that came out of the attic as they were removing the old unit.

I hired Q whom was referred by a friend. He beat everyone s price and did a *professional* job according to my old man. My dad is retired from the business and was skeptical of anyone else working in our attic. Two thumbs up from the whole family. Has not failed once since install and I have already recommended to friends.
