Hired Hero for full bathroom remodel. Project seemed to be going seamless until contractors were asked to make simple changes we got some attitude. Installers were not very experienced at cutting tiles evenly for a waterfall a lot of tiles cracked and broken on the ends. Plus never cleaned up the grout on waterfall left us to finish. Broken Floor tiles were installed and grouted. Large black wall slab tiles are scratched up. Shook hands on 1yr warranty after paying balance. We asked them to come back and fix three broken tiles they never bothered to come told us only 6 month warranty. They are not responsive unless in their favor. I would not recommend Hero for any project.

Enrique and his crew did an amazing job remodeling both my guest and master bathrooms. They were very meticulous with all of their work, (texture, paint, tile, plumbing, electric, cabinets). Every evening they would leave the site cleaned up therefore making the construction easy to deal with. They were always willing to make adjustments when I came up with new ideas and were always easy to work with. They were always on time. They were so good, I plan to have them remodel my kitchen next.

They did a beautiful job, they went above and beyond our expectations, the communication with us was excellent, they finished the job on the timeframe they gave us. We are very pleased with their work.
