Interior Decorator
This was the WORST experience ever. Keianna and her team were ALWAYS late and never bothered calling to let us know or just wouldn’t show up. The job was quoted for 7 weeks and it took 7 months. The quality of the work was terrible and we ended up buying our own decorations and fixing whatever the contractors did. Keianna was very unprofessional and would bring her young children to my house without asking at 8 pm and stay until 10 while attempting to decorate while her kids slept on my couch. We went over budget and had to keep track of the money because she was mismanaging it. By the end of the 7 months, work still was not done and things we paid for were not delivered. It took us threatening to go to the Better Business Bureau for her to actually respond to us and deliver our things. I caution anyone to work with Keianna. She seems perfect and worth it at first, but all she was was a nightmare and drain on our bank account.

She does not live up to her contract. The subcontractors that she hired were totally inexperienced. Double ordered tile and refused to refund for her mistake. I would never hire her or recommend her to anyone.
