I hired Hertz because of their customer service and follow up. He was kind and courteous on the phone. Made it out same day for the initial inspection/price quote. He followed up with me a few times afterwards while I was still shopping around, and that was something that helped make the difference. When it came time for the appointment, he was on time, and timeliness is a huge positive in my book. I am looking to hire them again when I have to do some more work.
