It?s hard to know where to begin. We recently purchased a 70-year-old home with great bones, but it still had two Federal Pacific circuit breaker panels?well known for being a fire hazard. Ayrica stepped in and expertly replaced both, consolidating them into one upgraded panel. We were incredibly impressed by her communication, attention to detail, and overall professionalism, as well as that of her team. I have a tenant living in the home and none of the ceiling lights were working. Although was not there when they came my tenant was very impressed with the service. She said they were professional and fixed the problem, therefore I have no complaints.

Just before Christmas, my fireplace stopped working. My home warranty company referred us to Hers Electric, who came out on Christmas Eve for an initial assessment. The technician identified the issue and informed us that the necessary part would be ordered. Our next appointment was scheduled for January 9th, but we were later told the part was delayed due to a snowstorm in our area. We were assured that Hers Electric would contact us once the part arrived. However, we did not hear from them until we called on January 21st to request an update. At that point, we were told the part had arrived days earlier, but the technician had been sick, which is why no one had contacted us. By then, we had endured the holidays, the snowstorm, and the coldest days of the season without our fireplace. Ayrica is an expert at what she does, extremely knowledgeable and an extreme professional!! This is the second time that I have hired HERs Electric and both times Ayrica has performed excellent work for me! I had a 3 prong outlet installed for my washer/dryer unit, ceiling fans, bedroom and bathroom light installations, and added a couple outlets in my kitchen and master bedroom. I was in need of a electrician to fix my breaker that kept tripping. This caused the basement, outside and kitchen lights to be without electric. The 1st electrician couldn’t figure out the problem. But of course he never informed me, he just kept prolonging his time on the job. With that being said I began to look for another electrician. Sunday night I left a message for HERs Electric. I received a call the very next day. Ayrica called and a appointment time was set for the following date. She text and stated the arrival time she was prompt and on schedule. I informed her of my issues and she began to brainstorm and resolve my issues. This company is definitely going to resolve the problem. My lights are back on and WORKING. If you ever need a electrician, HERs Electric is who you should call. I have them coming back to complete additional work. I could not be more pleased with their work. I’m so happy I called.
