I was very pleased with “Abby” the Project Manager with H & F Exteriors. She was very prompt & efficient with answering all my questions regarding my deck project. Abby also came out as needed to inspect the workmanship during each stage of the project. She was very thorough and pleasant to deal with throughout the entire time. I would not hesitate to contact her for any future projects to my house!

This company does it right! They are very professional and Abby was wonderful to work with. She was outstanding and organized. They have excellent communication with their customers and show up when they say they will. The crew did a quick and efficient install. They really know what they are doing and it shows in the quality of their work.

The salesman, JAKE, was extremely helpful. I went through "Angie" to find a good company. Jake contacted that day and was out the next day to review what needed to be done. A quote was sent to me within 2 hours. We accepted and he was here the next day with paperwork. We asked if they could do the job before the end of the year (2025) if the bad weather held out. H&F workers were able to do the job mid December. The old gutters were removed and new ones installed by early afternoon. All mess was cleaned and old gutters were hauled away. Beautiful gutters installed with no signs of workers ever being here. Jake was a joy to work with. Listened to exactly what we wanted, made good suggestions and was fast to get back to us whenever needed. One of the best salesmen we have used in Many years.

We had a good experience with H&F Exteriors. Paul Moriarity was professional, patient, and took the time to explain the garage damage and needed repairs. Scheduling was mostly on time, and the crew completed the work quickly. There was some debris left behind and minor interior wall damage, which I reported to Paul. He apologized and said he would follow up. Overall, H&F Exteriors was easy to work with and would be considered for future projects.

Alex Faires is the nicest guy. Even before he came out to give me a bid on the work, he spoke with my insurance company about the siding on my house, which no other contractor would do unless I hired them. That alone got him the job. However, his bid came in way below the other estimates I received, which was a bonus in my book. He was upfront, helpful, and patient with me. He took the time to explain anything I didn't understand and kept me informed from start to finish. His team and crew were awesome as well. They had no problem installing light fixtures and address numbers; and they took down a metal awning that was an embarrassment to the neighborhood. I cannot recommend Alex, his team and H&F enough. They will be my go-to for any work related to the exterior of my house.

H&F Exteriors saved the day! A major hail storm did over $20k damage to our house in south St. Louis County on March 14, 2025. We originally contracted with a different home improvement company to repair the damage. However, we canceled the contract for the siding job after the original contractor did a poor job on the roof and demonstrated some shady business practices. So, now we're more than six months down the road, and we're in a situation like "Who ya gonna call?" We did some research on line and discovered H&F Exteriors. Their reviews were very good, so we decided to give them a shot. Representative Juan Perez came out to look at the job. He was very friendly and polite, yet professional and open to doing the job the way we wanted it done. Juan's bid to replace the siding and insulation was actually lower than the bid we got from a third company which was not going to replace the insulation. We hired H@F to resolve storm damage to our roof/siding from 2025 spring hailstorms. Our project managers name is Reggie Trankle. From start to finish Reggie proved to be outstanding. He assisted us with coordination requirements between the insurance company and contractor, he ensured the work performed was done professionally, he always made himself available for questions, and he kept a positive and professional demeanor from the start of the project to the completion of the project. The siding and roof installation turned out great. We are planning to update our siding on the North side of the house next year and will insist to have Reggie manage that and all future roof/siding projects at our residence. Abby from HF Exteriors responded immediately when I called about getting my roof looked at. She was at my house checking everything out within two hours! Abby has walked me through the process, perfectly explaining every step, including my insurance claim. She was even on sight when my insurance adjuster evaluated my claim. Paul from H&F Exteriors came by to check my home for any damage from this year’s storms after being recommended to me. He took the time to look over everything—siding, gutters, windows, and the roof. Thankfully, he said nothing needed to be done right now, but he pointed out a few things to keep an eye on for the future. The inspection was completely free, and our conversation felt friendly and informative rather than like a sales pitch. I really appreciated his honesty, and if anything comes up down the road, Paul and H&F will be the first ones I call.

Paul from H&F Exteriors came out and took a look at my home to see if there was any damage from this year's storms. He came as a referral and looked at everything from the siding to the gutters, windows, and the roof. Paul said nothing is needed at the moment but gave me a few things to look out for and some things to think about for later down the road. The inspection was complimentary and we spoke about everything H&F does, it was more a conversation than a sales meeting. Jill, our project manager, is one of the absolute hardest working people I know. If she says she’ll be there: she’ll be there. She is ethical and transparent; you never have to worry if you’re getting the best deal she can get you, she just does it automatically. Because that’s who she is as a person and how she treats everyone. The crew did an excellent job on our roof and sun tunnel installation. They took care of our historic home well and were thorough throughout the job with their cleanup, making sure every nail was picked up afterwards and every shingle accounted for. They communicated with us on every step of the process, letting us know when to expect our project to begin and instructions on how the work was going to proceed. The project work was quick and efficient. It took a total of 2-3 days to complete. We love our new sun tunnels! Our new roof couldn’t be more perfect, and we couldn’t be happier with the project as a whole. I would 100% recommend H&F Exteriors.
