Very professional, did a job on time, very clean!

We hired Henry to recreate our boring front brick steps. And he surpassed our expectations! He was able to give us advise and guidance one what he thought would look best. Henry and his staff were always on time, always polite and professional, and always cleaned up the job site! Henry is creative, hardworking and dedicated to making his clients happy. This shows in the final product. We have hired multiple contractors on the cape, and have been disappointed in their inability to show up on time, or complete the job in (or around) the quoted time frame. Working with Henry we never had this problem.

H. Fernandes & Son's (Henry) promised many things, but never delivered on the final product. His service was spotty at best and the work quality was sub-par. The job was suppose to take 1-2 weeks has been over 15 weeks now and the job is still not done. I am taking legal action against this company to get my money refunded.

I would tell you to Henry is a nice guy, but his work is awful. I'm not sure how he has his own business considering how bad the work was. I would never hire Henry and his team again. The patio they built has started to fall apart and they won't return any calls. I had to have a real mason come to my house and it's going to cost me double to repair and fix all the issues I have. We're not talking small change- it's going to cost me over $13k to fix it. Which is money I didn't plan on spending so it's setting my family back a year or more on other projects we wanted to do....So I would say stay far away and if you don't you will regret it... trust me google him and you'll see I'm not the only one he burned.

We hired H. Fernandes and Sons to repair a leak in our basement. Throughout the process Henry was personable and polite. Unfortunately he did subpar work and did not fix the leak in the basement. His attempts at repairs only made the problem worse. The leaking continued unabated after the first attempt at a repair. To Henry's credit he returned several more times to attempt to solve the leaking. Unfortunately he never solved the problem, and we are having to hire someone else to do the repair. While I believe that Henry may do good work, he is not the right person to do foundation wall repairs, and he should have never advertised as though he could.

Very helpful and accomodating.

Henry is a hard working, honest and personable man who wants you to be happy with his work. He goes out of his way to make sure you are.

Needed the apron on my garage repaired and bottom step of front entryway and although hindered by several days of very rainy weather, Henry did a great job. Would definitely recommend him.

Henry kept me informed on the daily progress of the job. He also informed me of various alternatives that I could consider. Bottom line: good value for the coble stone edging and stone driveway installed. I would highly recommend his work.
