The service was fine. Very expensive for four small windows and during a family medical emergency Herman tried to upsell me and insisted I do the interior as well as my entire house. It was not appropriate as I was at the hospital and I thought he knew that. It added a layer of stress by him calling, trying to talk me into it and texting.
