Fast to respond and finished the project on time

This is terrible our asphalt is cracking apart it is not smooth at all. The bottom of drive is breaking up it does not look professional at all the contractor makes promises and does not follow up on fixing. I do not believe they rolled this correctly. H and H is passing the nick and making excuses. Not professional

Home owner beware, cracks all over their shoddy work

Within a few weeks, after H & H repaved my driveway, it began to develop holes and to ravel, meaning that the asphalt mix was deteriorating. It looks like crap. I made repeated calls to Henry Heil, who was rude and despite his promises to come to my house, somehow never showed up to fix the problem. If you are thinking of repaving an asphalt driveway, you might want to look at mine before you hire this company.

Dry efficient Update: Not responding to warranty.

This? was an Arrogant and Unprofessional representative who attempted to belittle my son telling him we were stupid to want to repair a Driveway... He was so caught up in the trying to tell us how a great deal he was giving us for $ 3000.00 that he cross the line . This man was horrible. Not a very good look for home advisor.

These guys were kind of sloppy. During this time of the year its dark when you get home from work. The next morning one must go to work, so you really can't see the detailed work performed by the contractor; I think the edges (lines) could have be straighter(even after my request), and more of the debris removed. During the initial dredging of the area, a main line pipe was compromised, which I had to supply the main valve wrench (just so happened I was home on that first day). After a couple of attempts they were able to fix the ruptured line. At the completion stage: A professional company would mark off the area with the proper ground stakes and banner to keep cars off the newly laid hot asphalt. Using a piece of excavated irrigation pipe and the customer's garbage can is not acceptable. There was no mention of the permit until an inspector patrolling the area stopped to investigate. I still as of this writing have not heard anything from an inspector (I submitted the paperwork to the contractor). The million dollar question:"would I do it again?" No. I call as I see it; no embellishment, and no grandstanding. I find that reviews are great tools to use when deciding on hiring a contractor to perform a specific task you the customer.

Was initially satisfied with the work which came with a 2 year guarantee. However, in less then a year several cracks appeared in the asphalt. I have tried to contact the company by phone, by text, and letter to have this addressed. They have been unresponsive to all three contacts that I have initiated.

They did a great job cleaning up the area after they were done. They were very patient with the City permit requirements and inspectors.

Henry and his company H & H replaced a 1500 sq. ft. driveway at my home in August of 2017. The project was a complete failure resulting in various pools of water and cracking of blacktop after only 4 months. They do not take necessary steps (rushed and unconcerned) while preparing the base material which resulted in the various pools of water in the blacktop. This was explicitly discussed during contract signing and I was assured that this step would be handled expertly. This statement along with warranty promise are dishonest tactics used to get business. The largest pool is around 60 sq. ft. with such depth that it remains for days after rain or sprinklers. I contacted them for repair immediately after they layed the blacktop. This issue was made aware to Henry before they left my neighborhood over 10 MONTHS AGO. While trying to discuss the various issues with the project I was shouted at and told that I had no idea what I was talking about. Henry was very aggressive and unprofessional. He packed up his entire crew and equipment and left without making repair or attempting to set up warranty work. I have made repeated contact with Henry for 10 months. He has never set foot on my property since cashing the check. I have been given excuse after excuse with no resolution. In addition, they have an unsolicited door to door sales pitch while in your neighborhood. I am sure this is not allowed in any HOA. This company clearly cares little about delivering a quality product and the customer service is unresponsive and hostile. Do not use or sign contract with Henry or H&H. I will have to pay for an entire new driveway to fix the terrible workmanship performed by Henry and H&H.

I called H&H 2nd but they were first to come out and give a quote. fair pricing and fast work. very happy with the removal of previous driveway and paving of new along with addition of circular driveway. Fast, neat, and professional. highly recommend!

Henry and his workers worked quick in paving our 12 car parking lot at our condo. These guys were respectful and courteous as well.. If you need your driveway or parking lot done to perfection ...search no more

never called back to schedule an appointment, bad customer service

Genuinely nice people. Always available to take my call. Gave me a quote one evening & had the job completed the next day. I just had the driveway repaired and recovered yesterday but it looks great and I have every faith it will last a good long time. A great team with outstanding customer service!

I have a half circle driveway and they widened it, but one side is wider than the other. The other driveway is jagged at the end of it. At first they said I would pay them once I was satisfied, but then they wanted payment before it was done because I wasn't going to be home at the time they were going to be done. A lesson learned.....Never pay before the job is finished!!!!!!!!
