We hired H&H Exterior Inc, to do our roof on our townhouse and I am very pleased with their service from start to finish. Rafael Pont was fantastic to work with - he was transparent with him communication and made sure to keep us in the loop on next steps. The crew that was assigned to our townhouse arrived on time daily and was incredibly hardworking and made sure to clean up once everything was completed. H&H did a great job replacing my roof. I worked mostly with Hakim and he was excellent. Answered my many calls and even handled my last minute shingle color change with ease. He was great and kept me informed the entire time. He also did all the foot work, in working with my insurance company. On the day the work was done, the workers showed up early and were done before I even got home from work. No debris on the premises whatsoever. I had so much anxiety about the project, as it was my first time having anything major done on my house. The process was smooth and I am very happy with the results. Highly recommend.

Eric Salgado was very professional when he came and talked to me about my roof. I was in need of a new roof replacement and which was why I reached out to eric. As we inspected the roof together he explained and showed me what damages there was on the roof which was from wind and hail. We continued to do the claim and he guaranteed me that we would get approved for a full roof replacement covered by my insurance State Farm. As I got to know eric he was very welcoming and professional explaining everything to me detail by detail. We put the claim in and had an adjuster come and inspect the claim. The claim got denied at first, but eric used his expertise to guaranteed the roof gets approved. As time pass by eric was persistent on the claim and kept me informed on what was going on. We got the roof approved and the workers that came to do the replacement were very prestige. The roof came out spectacular and I have no complaints for the company, the workers and most of all the one who help me through it all erick Salgado. I also spoke with the owner of the company Hakim and he is a very intelligent about his work and I see it in his workers. H and h exterior I highly recommend them as they well help you get what you need.

As I told my wife I was very happy with the level of communication from them throughout the entire process. Any questions or day to day updates, Mario was always available to answer them.
