One Time Interior House Cleaning
Arrived 2 hours late. Price was rather high. Asked if they would knock off 25-50 since they were so late but they said NO.

Door or Window Screens - Install or Repair
Appointment was set for 10 AM, at 10:30 I called and go no answer at 11:15 AM, he called to say he would be here in one hour. I then cancelled as I had other appointments at noon. Communication in a service business is crucial. So I cannot accurately rate his work or value for money.

He was professional, I'm time and his wife always kept us in the loop. If we needed 1-2 more hrs to get home, They'd keep in contact. Never hrs late like other handyman.
