Great service. Great Customer service. Very fair and affordable. We didn't have a code for the security system or knew how to use it. Keith walked me through the process and told me exactly what we needed and how much it would cost. The tech Joel was efficient and knowledgeable. I wasn't in their immediate service area, but that was no issue, they cam out, got me up and running and now my wife feels safer. Thanks for your help. Highly recommended.

Amazing service! The team at HHS Security were very thorough and patient. I have a new home and my home was pre-wired for an alarm. They rep from HHS discovered that the sheet rockers cut the wires for the alarm system! He worked with my builders electrician to fix the problem. I mean this team went above and beyond to set up my alarm system. I am 2 months in and I havenâ t had any issues with my alarm system. I would highly recommend this company. 10/10, five stars!!!!!!

While they didn't actually come out to my house, Keith walked me through my issues, discussed my options and thoroughly explained my system. It's so old, it's not worth fixing. I'm not sure how many companies would actually tell a customer that these days. The customer service is outstanding! Call them, you won't be sorry or disappointed!!

Needed older system repaired - Keith and Joel both were very knowledgeable, easy to work with and demonstrated the very best one could expect in the way of competency, professionalism, and all aspects of the job. Oh - the job costs were very reasonable for the work done. I will certainly call them back if/when I need additional alarm or security work.

Entire process was very easy, from request of service all the way through to final billing. Very knowledgeable folks. I was impressed that on initial call, they spent 15 minutes walking me through some troubleshooting to validate need for a technician visit. Technician was extremely knowledgeable and proceeded with quick repair. The best part - they were working on a competitors system who wouldn t respond because I wasn t on their service contract. Says a lot to me. Highly recommended by this customer.

Keith spent a long time on the phone with me trying to troubleshoot the issue before sending Tom and Tim out. He made sure I was aware of the charges in advance. These guys were working with a system they did not install, which makes it more difficult to figure out what happened. He also sent out a camera tech to help with a camera that wasn't showing on our monitor. It's all fixed, it's all good, very fair and reasonably priced service. I highly recommend.
