Did not follow through on his contract. Poor communication.

H and H services is not a porch builder. It took him 3 weeks longer than he stated to start the project and then he did not start it until after our granddaughter called him because he was ignoring my calls. When it rains it leaks between the house and the porch. The stairs on the front and back porch only have a handrail on one side. The top rail on the stairs was made out of the worst lumber he could find. It is missing the entire top rail on the back porch. Some of the steps are loose. He is either very inexperienced or he was trying to take advantage of a handicapped veteran.

Very unprofessional, inexperienced undependable. They did not start when promised, made mistakes and left us with a mess that will require us to find someone to re-do or complete at least 75% of the trim work. He left all of our doorways with uneven floor planks. Flooring was floated to go from slab to cover ceramic tile and was not done properly leaving an uneven plank in the middle of the entry to our living area that they super glued on top of seam leaving it rough and ugly. This was brought to their attn and we were told half the house would have to be pulled up and re-laid to correct and he refused to do it. Said he â  was not going to remove and replace for that one spo !! They did not show up until near 10 am every day and was gone by 3pm or before each day. We were told originally the job would take approx. 5 days which turned into 10 and we were screwed over. Shortcuts were taken, they were messy and did not clean up after themselves at the end of the days, did not have all the supplies and equip to do the job from day to day, I could go on and I have pictures to support the end results we were left with. We just wanted him gone and not to return.

Our boat cradle in our dock needed repaired. As it was purchased from their company they stood by their guarantee and repaired it free of charge. They were timely and extremely efficient. I would recommend to anyone that needs their services.

He was prompt, showing up on time, was very courteous, cleaned up after the work was completed. He was very easy to communicate with. He installed 4 ceiling fans with remotes and also installed a security light. Was very pleased overall.

They cleaned & replaced two flowerbeds & replaced watering system.

Great experience! Business is owned by a US Veteran and he is very conscientious. Will definitely use him again!
