Chris was thorough and professional. He listened to what I needed in the inspection (not a typical home purchase) and really exceeded my expectations. He was prompt and polite, and he took the time to go over the report and explain everything. The digital platform for communication and receiving reports was easy to use, and there were various payment options too. Would definitely recommend Chris and Elite Inspections Plus. Five stars! Chris, he is one of the most thorough inspectors I have used. He is kind, very relaxed when explaining things, and always keeps things realistic. Never once during the inspection did I see him stop working. Definitely a huge help with how he allows you to ask as many questions as youâ d like while he is still inspecting. He is respectful enough to stop and answer. 11/10 would Recommend
