Dishonest hustlers. Lied about work performed. Quoted me roof repair with itemized work: replace damaged plywood, replace damaged trim, replace damaged shingles, replace underlayment. But they actually just hid the damaged plywood under new shingles; they did not install new plywood, did not install new underpayment, did not install new trim. When contacted, owner/operator was less than helpful and in no way apologetic. I had to threaten legal action in order for him to acknowledge that he would not be charging me for the hustle his company tried to pull on me.

The entire experience was wonderful from the estimate to the finished product worth every penny

Professional job of installation and cleanup. Competitive price. What distinguished them in my mind was the Atlas integrated system of roofing products that they use. I also noted that they used a crane for the heavy lifting and scaffolding for safety and for accurate installation.

The company communicated every step of the way. They are a quality roofer who use quality products (GAF ). They were extremely well organized and very efficient. They respected our house and our neighbors home during the process. They made sure every thing was cleaned up before leaving at night. I would highly recommend them

As in other reviews, Seth was an outstanding rep for the company, he walked the roof before an estimate and showed pictures of all the areas and explained completely what work would be done. The estimate was in line with all the other companies I had come out. The work was done as promised and in fact, when they were working, they discovered that something that we thought had to be done, did not need it. They informed me of that and after the work was done, adjusted the price for the work not done. Very professional and trustworthy in my experience. Questions and concerns were responded to almost immediately. Seth and Luis the owner were excellent. They even submitted warranty information for the shingles for me. Great all around customer service!

All my questions and concerns were answered in a timely manner. Seth gave the most thorough estimate out of 6 companies- I have a small greenhouse attached to the home and he was the only one to bring up how they would work around it ; he worked with me to help on price and really took the time to make me feel comfortable Luis was extremely helpful as well - a very kind courteous and well-ryn company with quality work!

I was in need of a minor roof repair during the week between Christmas & New Year's. I reached out to several contractors and either left messages or spoke with someone. Most of the ones I left messages for never even bothered to call back, while those that did call back never provided an estimate nor followed up to schedule an appointment. Hi-5 contacted me and said they would send someone out to take a look. Nick came out on New Year's Eve and said he would type up an estimate and left saying, they would be happy to help out. He also said that he would try his best to try and get someone out asap before the next snowstorm but he cannot promise. I told him, "I appreciate the effort and if someone can make it that would be great." Then on January 11, 2 workers knocked on my door and said they were here to fix my roof. It was a bitterly cold day but they came out to fix my roof. It turns out that only about 5 shingles from my ridge vent needed to be replaced. Within about 20 minutes the guys were done and my roof was fixed. A call was made to Luis and the price was adjusted to reflect the labor that was done. I truly appreciate Hi-5 for coming out and helping me with my very minor roof repair, especially after so many companies did not even bother to return calls/messages. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is the communication from Luis on the day that the workers showed up. I had no idea that they were coming the day they did. One of the workers said, "I think he called you." I told him that no one called me at all. I checked my email and there was an email that was just 2 hours old. Like I said a minor issue but a simple phone call would have been welcomed. Thank you again Hi-5 for coming out and I would definitely recommend you in the future.

The experience with HI-5 was great. Met with Nick initially and got the job scheduled quickly. The crew was very professional. There were some issues that needed to be corrected after install but Luis was very responsive and everything was taken care of. Their price was great as well. Very happy with the roof and gutters.

HI-5 came and did a partial roof replacement. I couldn’t have asked for better. From the estimate to the replacement everything went smoothly, they are very informative and professional. The crew cleaned up after and it was immaculate, no debris was left behind and the job was done in half a day. Go with HI-5 you will not regret it!

Hi-5 Roofing was very professional on time. Christian and Lukes were amazing their crew was very professional. They explained all the performed worked. They would not skip any part of the installation process. They removed the old roof called me for an inspection and proceeded to install the new roofing system. They were quick to work, organized and very clean. I am amazed with their attention to details and their can do attitude. If you need to replace your roof and gutters they are the experts to call. They reasonable pricing and knowledge of the industry will make them the right choice when it comes to roofing needs.

Hi5 excellent company . We had a new roof put on and a flat roof over patio put on . Excellent job. Tear off of both roofs and new one on no problems. Clean up done before anyone left. Call them you won't be disappointed.
