Reviews
Write a ReviewStephen Higgins is a trustworthy, hard working contractor. I gave the 4.5 stars for a few things regarding the driveway that was not in his control.
Very prompt and completed the job on time. Crew was friendly and tidy
They came out and gave us a bid. Not the cheapest bid - but a good solid bid. They were even able to come out earlier than expected and completed the job. We are thrilled with the work they did and their level of professionalism. The site was cleaned up beautifully. Cannot recommend them enough!
Showed up everyday. good clean up. pleasant to work with
Steve and his team were extremely professional and worked hard to keep the project on time. We are extremely happy with our deck.
We will use them for other projects. They were timely and very good with clean up.
My elderly friend hired Stephen to put a bathroom back together after it had water damage and resurface 2 decks. Stephen, the owner. was very personable and seemed to know what he was doing. To make a long story short, it was $32,000 for cheap very low-quality work. I wish I could include pictures with this review because people should see what you will get for all that money. If you want to see silver nails pounded into your deck at every joint that is already chipping off around the nails, space between boards that should be flush, some not even lining up at all. Cheap materials, nails on a deck?? For $32,000 he could not buy some wood screws? Asked if he could cut a hole in our remaining deck for easy access under the house, and said he would cover it with boards after and did not. I could go on but I am not going to. Very nice guy, I feel like he took advantage and does not want anyone else to waste their hard-earned money. If you want to get what you pay for go somewhere else!
I would definitely use this company for future projects.
They were great.
