To whom it may concern. We hired Higgin’s Construction company to remodel our bathroom and fix a leak. Plus, we had them repair the damage caused by leak in the sunroom. The company and all their workers were easy to work with and behaved professionally. When I requested any changes or had any concerns, they listened and accommodated my requests, without question. Best contractor we've ever worked with! We used Michael and his team to build a wall and door to convert our condo's open den into a dedicated room, along with some other smaller items. Couldn't be happier about how everything turned out. But what stood out the most was their communication on everything from timely responses, proactive daily updates with photos, and even when nothing was happening on a particular day (i.e. waiting for parts to arrive). We just wrapped up a whole-house remodel with Higgins Home Construction and can't say enough good things about them! Project Manager James is the BEST! I joked with him that he's a 10 out of 5 :) He's detail-oriented, helpful, continually went above and beyond for us, and is just an all-around great guy. We never had one concern that he wouldn't take care of us. I HIGHLY recommend Higgins. In fact, we already have them booked for another project.

Michael and his team are first-class, professional and easy to work with. We’ve had a working relationship together for over 3 years, providing staffing support for labor help when needed. They communicate and promptly with care and the work they perform is high quality. They go the extra mile to ensure accuracy, quality, as if it’s their own home they’re working on, all while prioritizing efficiency throughout the day. Michael completely transformed my small half bath; the tiling is beautiful! He was extremely responsive. He came out to explore the space before accepting the project and was transparent and communicative re: the project considerations and potential problem areas (level wall, tight space, etc.), before the project start. He was so fast, finished in under two full days! The only reason for 4 stars on work quality was because there was a fair bit of grout cleanup that I had to do later to clean up grout lines since they were thicker in places. Overall, I would highly recommend Higgins Home Construction for fair pricing and fast, quality work

Remodel Living Room -- removed old carpet & underlayment; painted (3 different colors) walls & ceiling; installed LVP flooring & repainted trim molding. Excellent job...highly recommend.
