Scotty is a wonderful person. This is my first house and I have done all the renovations myself. My mom made me get this testing done and I'm so glad she did. Scotty came out and gave me wonderful advice and educated me on lots of things. We still have a lot to do but I'm so glad I have Scotty to count on. I highly recommend him!!

I would highly recommend HISCO. I made an inquiry to Home Advisor on mold inspectors and received Scotty Salter's contact information expeditiously as the most reputable service to call. I sent an email and within hours Scotty called me back and made an appointment for the following day. He was thorough in his inspection explaining everything he found along the way and the cause of it. I was definitely educated by the end of the inspection. He took samples on the spot and the results were back in one day. He gave me wise counsel on next steps and offered resources to help me rectify the situation.

This is a great company and the representative was very professional and knowledgeable of his job. His knowledge and expertise put me at ease in spite of the situation I was in. I would Choose this company over others if I had to do it all over again.

Extremely quick to respond and schedule appointments. Very friendly and forthright about the issues we were having and provided needed consultation. Also a huge sports fan and we connected about a variety of teams, stadiums and games we had attended.

Scotty was very prompt in phoning me and was able to come out the next day. He was right on time and very professional. He inspected our shower and recommended we get a bigger fan and purchase a dehumidifier. He told me how to clean the mildew and said since we weren’t showing signs of respiratory problems he didn’t recommend air quality test at this time, but told us how much it would cost ($150.00 less than one phone quote) if we wanted to have it done. We offered to pay him for his time, but he refused stating the inspection is free. Not too many businesses are like this in this day. I would highly recommend HISCO Enviromental to anyone requiring this type of service!
