Here, at His Home Inspections, we are dedicated to doing the best inspection for the best price. We have over 30 years of construction and maintenance experience and this is what lead us into the home inspection trade, so our knowledge could be better utilized. There is nothing in the home trade that we have not done as a occupation. We also do wind mitigation, 4 point insurance, pool & spa, sprinkler and roof inspections. All of our experience allows us to have a better understanding of any issues in a home. We look forward to working with you in the future.

Rick is very thorough and his inspection report is detailed and professional. Very nice job. Rick goes out of his way to explain the inspections he offers and strives to educate you on their benefit and use. He also will NOT try to perform inspections you don't need. Not a greedy guy. Now that's refreshing!

He was very knowledgable, and easy to talk to. He explained what he was looking for and ways to correct the problems discovered in the inspection. I have not received my complete report yet, but will adjust his rating higher or lower depending on my satisfaction w/all of that. Over all pleased w/the experience.

The inspector insisted I, the prospective homeowner, be there with him during the inspection so he could explain everything he was doing. I thought this was great because I could get first hand information on the inspection as it was happening and learn what needed to be done to repair any discrepancies he may have found.

Mr. Blasberg was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. We were on a tight time schedule and he made himself available, without hesitation. Once we received the report, although it was very through, we had one question and when we telephoned him he answered our question on the spot. Richard was very informative and helpful. he made it known that if I have any further questions all I had to was call. He not only promptly provided the home inspection results, he provided maintenance tips that I could do to make sure i get the most out of my equipment.
