I am so glad these were the guys that I hired to mount a new TV to the wall. Everything was just easy and thorough. Brady and Josh are very good at what they do and they are very nice and knowledgeable on top of it. They knew about tv installation, networking, all sorts of things. If I ever need work done that they can do, I’d hire them again in an instant and will remember them if anyone I know needs help.

I was having difficulty getting the Internet to work properly along with the security cameras. Brady was phenomenal. He was able to correct the problem and realized the issue was really with my gateway and still made everything work correctly. He was more than fair in his fee and very personable. and patient.

Hi-Tide Tech service was OUTSTANDING! First, they were 5 minutes early for the appointment! Being from the “old school” I believe in punctuality. They knew exactly what they were doing and wasted no time doing the work I’d hired them to do! (Install a wall mounted 75” TV). They completed this job in less than one hour, including setting up and programming the new TV for me and showed me how to use it! And, all I’ve just said ain’t “fake news” folks! It’s the real deal!!!
